Video 4 minutes anti war song ‘he ho so it goes’

leave a comment »

“Hey Ho” is the Dave Carter protest song taking on the war toy industry from the sweatshops where they are made, to backyard toy funerals with color guards. Sung here by his partner Tracy Grammer from her solo album, “Flower of Avalon”.

If you enjoy this song, please visit these websites to hear and purchase more. Tracy tours constantly and is a fixture at Falcon Ridge Folk Festival and other East Coast venues. If you take the time to see her in concert I have no doubt you will be forever changed, like me.

Israel will make peace if there is American pressure: The big lie

leave a comment »

If the US had withdrawn support for Israel at anytime in the last 40 years, Israel would have made peace.

But it is important to maintain the myth that America is the key to peace in the Middle East. All the resources behind the lobbies are tied in with Israeli aims, or maybe they are dictating Israeli aims. It is very much a dog and tail. The American supporters for Israel are indistinguishable from the Israeli right. Their interest in the Middle East is about controlling the oil flow.

If America is identified with an Israeli peace agreement, then there is cause for continuing the tight umbilical cord. Because really  Condi Rice and Tony Blair are paper tigers. They are the figureheads to appear as if they are changing diplomatic relations. Their orders might originate in Jerusalem, or by the Lobbies in London or Washington.

Blair urges Obama to make Mideast peace a priority

LONDON (AFP) — The international community’s envoy on the Middle East peace process Tony Blair on Sunday urged US president-elect Barack Obama to make peace between Jews and Palestinians a priority. Source

It is curious that the following headline has a double meaning:

Carter: Obama will waste no time pursuing Middle East peace

Carter said Obama “will not wait for even a month after he is president to start working on the peace process  Source

The point of this post is to see through the wasted energy of considering European or US support for a peace agreement as necessary. It will be provided on call. It is the Israelis and their International supporters that dictate if there will be peace or not.

Even the UK has now offered support for cooperation with Russia, (an about face). This also has a bearing on the strength of NATO. Would NATO intervene against Russia if a NATO country were under threat?

Russia, EU to continue unofficial talks on pan-European security

New York Jews Welcome Ahmadinejad

Rabbis Say Iran Seeks Peace, Respects Judaism – Calls for True Dialogue With Ahmadinejad

NEW YORK, Sept. 22 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ — Rabbi Yisroel Dovid Weiss, spokesman of Neturei Karta International, issued the following statement on the eve of the arrival of the Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

“It has been our honor and privilege to meet with President Ahmadinejad, as well as other Iranian leaders, several times in the past. In addition we have had the pleasure of visiting Iran on different occasions. At each encounter with the Iranian leadership, we have emphasized to them that, despite media hysteria and the statements of some misinformed Jews, we have found the Iranian people and their leaders to be friendly and respectful.”

“Likewise, although we as Jews are not to be involved in politics, (according to Jewish law, Jewish people are required to be loyal citizens to the countries wherein they reside), we have found the Iranian President to be a deeply religious man, dedicated to a peaceful world, based on mutual respect, fairness and dialogue.”

The Israelis are very very clever. But they lack the required pea sized brain to see they will lose their country in a war

The Israelis are very very clever. But …

They brutalise the helpless, and are shocked to see what the strong can do. Their lackeys in Jordan, the West Bank and Egypt, are nothing more than neutralised people, or bought out people.
