What can an Israeli say, when asked about the Palestinians?

We all know we are but souls bobbing along the ocean surface.
And we meet an Israeli, who also wishes to do good, like all the other souls.
He/She is patriotic like most people on this earth.

And then He/she is asked:
Your country has a million and a half people locked up in an area one fifth the size of Rhode Island. How do you feel about that?

A/ It is necessary for our security.
B/ It is a terrible disgrace.
C/ Our leaders know what is best.
D/ I am not political.
E/ I hate those people
F/ I prefer not to think about it.

I would guess one in six would choose each answer. And only one of the six answers is critical (B). and in my opinion the other five answers are lies that thwart a soul’s evolution. That is; leaving a person with a very limited awareness.

All nationalistic people feel like ambassadors to their country, and they are, yet to consider each and every citizen has had to serve in the military (there are less than 2,000 refuseniks, who refuse to go to occupied territory), or in some way serve the defense of the country. It is hard to ignore that.

How many Jews in the west hate the Arabs?
A lot.

In decades past when the Nazi era was not so distant.
It was not uncommon to hear of hatred for the Germans. Of people saying/thinking what did he or his or her father do in the war.

Could Israelis be getting a bad name?

When meeting an Israeli:

A/ Should one ignore all political conversation?
B/ (Try) Not to consider what they have done?
C/ Just share niceties and possibly be attuned for opportunities.
D/ Fall out through some heated argument?
E/ Just walk away (which is rude)?
F/ Consider them part of the mafia, and be very polite?
G/ Tell them they are ruining everything for the Jewish people (and the world)?

Whatever you answer include (F).

This post is about nature verses nurture, with regard to attitude to the Palestinians the Jews were nurtured to be who they are, they were not born that way.

Why else do peace agreements consider what school text books say.

I lived in Israel when Rabin Peres promised equality for all. And the place changed me, I got the rights and privileges of a Jew. But that is another post.
